A nickle is worth about $250

So, one day our 1 1/2 year old panosonic plasma TV won't turn on! Mark and I were so mad. We thought we had bought the TV with the best ratings. So after 2 months and at least a half a dozen visits by the repair man(who is completly baffled at what is going on with are TV), he finally discovers there is a nickle jammed into the SD slot of our telvision, which has caused nearly every board to short out. Now who would have put a nickle there?
Me: Tyson did you put a nickle in the TV

Tyson: No, I only put a nickle in the TV's piggy bank!

What can you do?

Yes, we are still alive!!

I know it's been a long time, we've been very busy. These are some pics I took of Tyson this summer at the Ogden train station. He is almost 3 and is sooo funny, we love him to pieces. His newest thing is anything to do with Disney Cars. He is completly potty trained(yeah!!!!!). And he is super excited for Christmas every day he comes up with something like this, "I think Santa will bring you a.......kitty, tent, cars, etc."

Hip, Hip, Hurray

After almost 2 and half years Tyson finally lost the binki(beep). He chewed holes in all his binki's. So eventtaully he lost interest and I wasn't about to buy more! So no crying or tears. He got rid of them all on his own. Strong work Ty Guy!!!

Summer Vacation

This year we took our family vacation to .....Hawaii. We had a blast and yes we took Tyson. He was so much fun and just slept both ways on the airplane. We did everything from snorkling, hiking, hanging out at the beach, sight seeing, Pearl Harbour, the cultural center, cliff jumping, shopping at the flee market, and even made to see the temple. We spent a week on Oahu, our hotel was nice and right on waikiki beach.

Our lIttle Hawaiian

The guy was trying to teach us to make fire-but Tyson was more interested in learing how to dance. Sorry the video it poor quality.

Tyson's Obsessions

Here is a list of things that Tyson is obsessed with:
1. Basketball(also known as "hoop-it" ball
2. Listening to Jasan Mraz "No More" (He walks around the house with our I-pods singing "No More"
3. Spider Man Fruit Snacks
4. Going Outside(even if it's a blizzard)
5. And last but not least Curious George(the kid would sit in front of the TV all day watching, if I would let him.

Happy Birthday T-Will

Tyson turned 2 on March 5th(I cant believe it). Mark and I took Ty swimming then we got doughnuts(he's not a big cake fun). We also had a party for him and Grace(cousin) with the Schultz family. He had so much fun!

Our Two Year Old Stud

Tyson is now two years old. He is such a good kid. We had this pictures done at Target just after his Birthday(because Mark gets a killer discount!). Anyway I thought they turned out cute.

Working Moms

This is a quick shout-out to all the working moms out there. So I recently got a big job promotion and you think I would be really excited, but I'm not. It means I have to work 30 hours a week instead of 24 and 3 days a week instead of two. That to me just means more time away from Tyson. I don't know if its my own guilt or what, but I'm really depressed about it even though I know its whats best for our family. So this is to all the working moms who's family, friends or church make them fell guilty for working. You guys rock! I know most of you are better moms because of it, so good luck and remember there are other moms out there who know exactly how you feel!

Christmas 08

Mark wearing his first Utah hat ever.

At the Schultz family

Tyson and Elmo

Tyson facial expression ever time he opened a gift.

We had busy but great Christmas, especially because I did not have to work.

Watch Out Girls!

Okay Tyson has to honestly be the best "spinner" ever, watch this video, he's so funny.

Some time off School

So Mark finally got some time off school, so we headed with Tyson to Salt Lake to see the light. We picked the snowest day to go, so we took the train. Tyson loved it. Then we headed to the Gate Way for Lunch and 3D movie. We thought Tyson would love the short film, but hed didn't, he freaked right and repeated the whole way home "move Scary", good news is they gave us our money back because I guess it happens all the time.

Hanging Out

During the Holiday season I was able to get together with some of my really good friends from nursing school. We went to dinner, let the kids play and laughed about old times. It was GREAT!
